Q. Will I see an art proof before my labels are printed?

A. You will receive a proof to sign off on before we begin printing your labels. This allows you to make changes before your order goes into production.

Q. What is the difference between a butt-cut and die-cut label?

A. Labels that are butt-cut have square corners with no spacing between each label. Die-cut labels have round corners with spacing between each label.

Q. What are the advantages of laminating my labels?

A. It better protects your label from water damage while enhancing visual quality and durability.

Q. When can I expect to receive my labels?

A. Our turnaround time is 7-10 business days after we receive a signed art proof.

Q. How are my labels shipped?

A. This is your choice. We can use any shipping method.

Q. How can I get electronic files to you?

A. You can email the files to us, or a DVD or CD can be mailed to our address. Please follow up ensuring that we did get your files.
